Julie Carr and Michael Price
from Perth, Australia
This page has been created after we have received some threatening emails from the above individuals.
We could be silent and respond softly, but our hard work and principles are worth far more than a soft response!!
It is chilling and frightening to think that an unhappy from her life and black-hearted woman can try to damage your reputation build by working honestly and professionally. Her review is nothing but an immoral lie and far from the truth.
This page is dedicated to the most negative experience we have ever had in more than four decades, serving people from all around the world.
We have never seen, nor have ever heard from other agencies of such ridiculously malicious and vicious behavior.
We have served so many Australian people for many years now. I can say they are wonderful and respectful people, and we will continue to serve as many as we can without identifying them with Julie Carr and Michael Price from Perth, Australia.
On this page, we will reveal the history of the above individuals who not only have received a very professional service but have caused us unprecedented troubles just because they wanted to steal from us. No, Julie Carr, you cannot steal from us and NO, you cannot damage our name, on the contrary!! ...and NO, we are not afraid of your lies.
This story started when Julie Carr emailed us, asking for ideas on building their trip but refused to comply with our terms, which led us to believe they wanted to use our intellectual property, the itinerary. After some email exchange with our tour manager, she decided to look elsewhere, at least she said so. Later, we were contacted by a travel agent from Sydney asking if we could put together an itinerary for two of his clients. We did so, but we were very stunned to see his clients were Julie Carr and Michael Price from Perth, Australia, the ones who walked away but returned. Now we deeply understand they wanted to put us under pressure first, but returned to us through a travel agent who has done a fantastic job.
We cannot afford the negative review not being answered, so we will tell everyone what it was all about. Julie Carr and Michael Price have left some negative reviews on Tripadvisor, Facebook, and Google. We have answered the Google review, letting people know we would build a website revealing the true version of the story, not the hateful one of Julie Carr, but she deleted her review on Google. This is not only abusive but very primitive behavior. We will start with the itinerary and explain what we agreed on in the first stage, what we have really done, and what they pretend from us. The sentences in red are what they got for free.

This day they spoke with some other people, and they said they have come from the coastal road, which was beautiful. Julie said they wanted to do that. Our guide said it was not part of the agreement and that he could not go off the itinerary, but Julie responded in a very arrogant behavior they wanted to go there. Our guide called us if he could take them there and our answer was NO. Despite that, Julie said, "we are on a private tour, so you have to do that." The fact is this was not part of the agreement, and they didn't pay for it. Their behavior became very harsh and rude, so our guide decided on his own to do that the next day. Day 13
Very long and stressful drive to Sarajevo. After 7 hours of driving, they arrived in Sarajevo safe despite so many rocks falling and falling on the road. Actually, we as Tour Operator try to gather as much info as possible and share it in real-time with our guides already in the field. This is not just because safety is the most crucial thing for us, but because we care about our guests because we consider them part of the team while on tour with us. Our guide has done an excellent job gathering all the necessary information because the road to Sarajevo could have become a disaster for the people. That was because it was raining cats and dogs, so he decided to take them safely to Sarajevo by driving twice as much as the normal route. Julie Carr and Michael Price didn't even thank him for taking them safely to Sarajevo. What a shame!!! And what an attitude!!!

Day 15
Last day. Drive to Dubrovnik and drop off at the Ploce gate. At first, Julie and Michael didn't know which part of the town their hotel was in. Our guide advised the cars cannot enter the old part of Dubrovnik, and he suggested they call the hotel and ask for directions. Our company didn't book this hotel.
Our guide dropped them off near the hotel, waited for the hotel staff to come and pick them up, and drove to Tirana. This day was 13 hours of work for our guide.
For those who know the region, the driving habits, the geography, roads, and people, as we do, there might be not a more difficult tour to conduct. And our guide did it. He drove, he guided, he helped our guests, and in the end, he was offended and humiliated.
Our guide rated Julie and Michael as very annoying, disrespectful, wild, dishonest, and angry individuals. Michael offended our guide, repeatedly calling him a bogan, and by doing so he broke the rules. In contrast, on a tour and the booking terms and conditions, our guide should have terminated them the service immediately, but instead, he continued to do his job under constant stress.
After some email exchange with the travel agent in Sydney (assuming he is real), they sent us a request asking for 2,500 EUR back. They didn't provide any evidence to support it, misled us, and lied to us in a foul manner. This is so disgusting since we have used technology like GPS Tracking devices, Vehicle Cameras, and Body cameras to determine their request was not legitimate. We discovered nothing was true, which led us to refuse their request. After this, and again, they acted like wild, uncivilized people and wrote negative reviews against us.
This is unprecedented for us but also unacceptable to our standards. So we decided to build this page to reveal the truth about their reviews and behavior.
